Centro de Investigação Gastronómica (Centre for Gastronomic Research) Um bar-bistro ecléctico – comidas e bebidas The CIG closed at the end of February 2010 and from March through August the building was run as an Italian restaurant. That closed in September and as of December 2010 has been rented by John and Emma Hogan who have expanded their highly successful "Mesa do Chef" from Moncarapacho to the new space. I hope that you join me in wishing the new owners the best of luck.
